We are very pleased to continue to be able to offer the ability for parents and students to check their grades, assignment completion, attendance, credit completion, test scores, etc. status through our online access, Aeries Browser Interface (ABI). Access
to ABI is gained through an email address. Each student/parent received an emergency card form either at enrollment or through the mail this summer. If an email address was entered for either or both, it will be entered into the school database and will
generate an email to that address with all the information required to access ABI. (The email will come from SISMailer@eduhsd.k12.ca.us
During the last week of August 2010, a letter will be sent to every enrolled student/parent/guardian providing all of the information needed to enroll and access the ABI system. Please keep this information in a safe location and retain it for future use.
In the past, the following situations have prevented access, but can be easily remedied:
1. Incorrectly spelled or inactive email address provided as the contact information. Please call the Counseling Office (530-621-4003, ext. 4215) to provide your new contact information.
2. Accounts that have enabled spam-blocking or “friends” only email access so our message is blocked. Please unblock those restrictions when you enroll – our message is send immediately. Enable blocking once you have received the message.
3. Frequently changed email accounts so that the instructions go to the wrong account or “forgotten passwords.” If you forgot your password, use the link above to access the ABI page and click on the “Forgot Password” link and a new password will be sent immediately.
Note: Please enter your telephone number using the following format (XXX) XXX-XXXX when enrolling for the first time.
